These hammers are suitable for working in an atmosphere where a mixture of air and flammable substances in the form of gas, vapor, mist or dust is present frequently, continuously, or for long periods. They are also made of non-magnetic components, which makes them safer for applications demanding non-magnetic properties. Claw hammers are made from an aluminum copper alloy.
